Its Great to Be 3

For Blakey's birthday I wanted to do something that I thought would be fun for the kids, but also easy on me. So when the idea of a gymnastics party came to mind I knew it was a perfect fit. We got to show up and the cutest teacher took the 15 kids for an hour doing fun gymnastics things while the parents chit chatted and hung out. Then after you got a party room for a half hour and then they clean up for you. Now that is my kind of party!!!. 

You know the parties you see on pinterest where everything is perfectly matched and laid out....that is not my personality so I have decided to give up on trying to be that kind of person!! 

Seriously the kids had such a blast and it was so stress free for me...I am thinking I will do a repeat of this another year!

Time

Time is passing fast. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I just want everything to slow down. After a much needed text session with Eden where I convinced her she needed instragram and she convinced me I needed to blog again, I am here holding up my end of the bargain trying to jump back on the bandwagon. Maybe this is what I need. To get back on the blogging bandwagon, to write, to express.
We are definitely living life to the fullest. Miss B and I did a fair share of traveling this fall and winter while Hank held down the fort doing what he does best working and going to school.

My baby girl turned 3, what??? 3 years old!!! That is just too old and I can't quite comprehend how life is going so fast but the last 3 years this girl has brought me so much joy. She is my little buddy, my partner in crime, my best friend. And while our hearts yearn for another child I can't help but thank my heavenly father everyday for the joy that Blakely Jane brings to our lives.
