I know we said it might happen but we really didn't think it would.....
The carnage was not pretty....and I think I am most sad about my shattered bulbs, but I have to admit it is funny.
Hank and I came home from work yesterday to find this mess. We didn't know whether to laugh or cry. At last I will attempt to salvage the tree for Christmas, but it may not be pretty!

It was more funny than sad. I guess, because I couldn't believe that it actually happened.
Don't worry Emily and I will do out best to salvage the tree and make it the best Christmas possible.
oh wow, that is crazy! i hope your floor is ok! but i wont lie it is funny! oh and guess what we are moving into a brand new apartment before we move home, it was a last minute desicion but i am excited, no one else has ever lived in it before and the kitchen is really big! well love you!

Oh my... for some reason I saw a little foreshadowing of that! Could it have been the 45 degree gangsta lean or the nickname "leaning Tree of Pizza"!!!! So glad you took a pic of the crime scene! hahaha
